These issues can be totally random...to be honest only the agency can answer and whether you can be bothered with it and think its worth the aggro and potential sales value is up to you. I tend to forget it and move on unless I think its an exceptional image........

Well, so far they accepted the DT model release form and as I said, DT is not mentioned on the form. I removed that. I only used the rest of the form. I will forget about these 2 images but I do have quite a few images with the fort on it. I have just checked DT etc. they all have photos of Bahrain fort without a property release. Should I try uploading to SS photos of just the fort without people? I wrote to SS when they rejected public benches because of property law. Instead of looking into it they sent me a link to buildings etc. that do fall under property law. Well, no bench was mentioned on that list.
