So far I used the DT model release form when uploading an image to SS. I never had a problem. I removed the DT name. Today I got an image rejected of Bahrain fort with 2 people exploring it. I had the model release form from DT. The second reason was intellectual property law. They are slowly driving me made with it. There are photos of that fort on their website without a property release. DT accepted that photo. SS also rejected an image a few weeks ago of public benches in a public square. Do I need to use now SS's own model release form?

These issues can be totally random...to be honest only the agency can answer and whether you can be bothered with it and think its worth the aggro and potential sales value is up to you. I tend to forget it and move on unless I think its an exceptional image........

can't you get the release forms from ss? if i am not mistaken they do supply them to us .
the things is, most sites accept generic forms, but sometimes the wording of one may not be usable with another, eg. i once used an IS form for ss,ft, dt,.. a long while back, and overlooked that
words Istock was on the release forms.

i later just took a generic release form and used it for all.
can't remember where i got them, perharps you can pm sean.

Well, so far they accepted the DT model release form and as I said, DT is not mentioned on the form. I removed that. I only used the rest of the form. I will forget about these 2 images but I do have quite a few images with the fort on it. I have just checked DT etc. they all have photos of Bahrain fort without a property release. Should I try uploading to SS photos of just the fort without people? I wrote to SS when they rejected public benches because of property law. Instead of looking into it they sent me a link to buildings etc. that do fall under property law. Well, no bench was mentioned on that list. :)
