My portfolio suddenly become only 25 items while it's about 380 items !
I don't know is it SS problem , or this may be hack ????
Does any one has the same problem ???
-
same here. 800+ --> 13
-
same here 5000 --> 50 :o
-
same here. 800+ --> 13
Thanks a lot.
I wish they fix this sooon
-
same here 3500----330 ... :(
-
My account says This contributor has no active images in their portfolio. >:(
-
:'(
-
The same here, 95 instead of >500. Little panic
-
My images are gone too... Footage down to 10%...
It seems only the most popular ones are showing.
-
oh, same here..
they really have a very bad team of developers. I rarely find other companies facing so many issues and bugs, and to top they don't even tell that they have scheduled maintenance going on.
Don't know where are they investing.
-
Me too. 6000 down to 99. ???
-
Mine too! Over 2,000 images are now 25.
Hooray!!! Negative portfolio growth!!! Every photographer's dream come true!!!
-
same here - as usual no response from SS - is this a hack/theft/live code being applied to the to REAL environment/changes to algos... YAWN so tired of this LOL
As yet no response from ANY SS staff/management - this would be a laugh if it was not so serious
-
Same here, from allmost a thousand to only 7 !!??
-
Same here; about 85% of my port missing.
I suspect they're going back in and fixing all the "improvements" made under the guy who was recently canned. I notice things are returning to where they used to be last year.
-
I just got hit with that too right after uploading total of 85 when I've got just under 2k.
I wish things would go back to how it was before summer of 2013 but I can only dream.
-
303 down to 2... :(
-
not only our portfolio (from more then 2000 to 200) but search engine also.
for example search "santa claus" only 15 000 images :D :D
-
Yep same - 10,400 to 360
-
It looks like only the popular items are shown. Those which appear first in every profile by default sorting.
-
Interestingly, sales are pretty good... 8)
-
Quick clean-up of the entire site removing everything that hasn't sold more than once or twice.
Fast, effective release. 8)
-
I have no active items in my portfolio, but my sets are still there SMH
-
Same here. All images - GONE.

What's wrong with this new IT guy?

My RPI has shot through the roof! Turned from the best run site out there to a laughing stock (ha ha) in a couple of months. They need to get a grip or Adobe will be cleaning up as the only site with any credibility.
-

Thank god they don't run an airline what an amazing response. I have a post somewhere about lack of apology and corporate W*nk speak. If they are doing everything they can then they are clearly incompetent they are supposed to be the market leading technology company in this industry *.
-
9000+ down to 834 in port
-
Me too 186 clips from a total of 747

Amen to that. They are investing heavily in improvements...why don't they take that money, divide it up among contributors, and leave the site the way it was...working. ::)

Did SS hire former iStock IT staff?
Search is screwed up as well, it only shows a couple of pages on the buyer's side.
-
Same here in the Netherlands, from 1988 to 247.
-
85% images portofolio gone here
I miss old SS :(
-
Same here. I have about 2800, now 384 :o

No, not at all. Only the most popular files will show. Check the search count, there are hundreds of thousands of images missing.

From Facebook:
Shutterstock: Hi Michele, so sorry about the trouble! We're currently working on a resolution and really appreciate your patience.

Only the ones considered by SS the most popular, which criteria is also unknown. They are not the most sold images, not in my case.

I'm back, baby! /Frank Costanza

Me too. 2089 active images are a sweet, sweet sight!
-
They finally back :)
Thank God

It would be great, if they would f*ck up in such a way, that someone else's port would be linked/merged with my portfoli and then I would get all the sales.
-
They back. Yeah!
