My RPI has shot through the roof! Turned from the best run site out there to a laughing stock (ha ha) in a couple of months. They need to get a grip or Adobe will be cleaning up as the only site with any credibility.

Here is answer from Kate Shutterstock:

Thanks for flagging, we are aware of the situation and our tech team is working to fix it.

As you know, we are investing heavily in upgrading the technology that powers Shutterstocks infrastructure, website, and mobile apps. With these improvements, well be able to deliver improved functionality and a better overall user experience.

While we are doing everything we can to ensure a smooth transition, there may be the occasional bump. We appreciate your understanding.

Thank god they don't run an airline what an amazing response. I have a post somewhere about lack of apology and corporate W*nk speak. If they are doing everything they can then they are clearly incompetent they are supposed to be the market leading technology company in this industry *.

Amen to that. They are investing heavily in improvements...why don't they take that money, divide it up among contributors, and leave the site the way it was...working.  ::)

Did SS hire former iStock IT staff?

Search is screwed up as well, it only shows a couple of pages on the buyer's side.

No, not at all. Only the most popular files will show. Check the search count, there are hundreds of thousands of images missing.

Only the ones considered by SS the most popular, which criteria is also unknown. They are not the most sold images, not in my case.
