My newly accepted videos not showing up in my portfolio and in searches, some of them for more than a week.
Some previous ones are there, but on their pages they have no title and no keywords showing. They still come up in searches though..
Are you also experiencing this?
I don't know if it's worth it to upload at the moment.

Same here. Even the videos accepted last week not showing on my portfolio :-\ It says "We're sorry, this clip is no longer available" instead.

They're aware of the issue and are apparently working on a fix.
I think this started on or around March 11th. All of my approvals after that date are either missing or have blank metadata.

Some of my new ones show with no title and keywords, some approved files are not showing at all. Wrote a ticket to SS, they said they're on it. I trust them.

Same here. I saw this thread and just checked and low and behold my recent videos are missing, two are in the port and all effed up.

The same problem here. I just found out sorting by "New" shows no video in any keyword either. what.

The footage site looks really broken.
If you search for example "travel", and list newest first, the first visible videos start to show up around page 220...

My problem is different and I think it's me who's doing something wrong, not the Russians or any aliens : I upload clips and they never appear in the section "uploaded video clips", so I am unable to submit anything. Can any one tell me what I might be doing wrong? My clips are between 200 and 450 Mb in size, with extension MOV. It's not that I am impatient, as the simply NEVER appear (not even after a week).

Also, it could be wise to hold off video upload from SS until this situation sorted out...

Thanks for the tip! I did upload video, but that was 2 years ago. Now I have a few clips, rendered them with the preset of 2 years ago, upload them just like I always do with my photos, but then they just do not seep to arrive at Shutterstock ...

I havn't tried uploading in the last week or so, so i don't know if there is some issue, but keep in mind that with videos you sometimes have to wait a few hours until they appear ready for submission.
I've only made stock footage in photojpeg and h.264 codecs with 48 KHz audio being uncompressed or 320 kbps AAC. These have worked for me all the time

Well, the problem (at my side) is not new. Over the past 4 weeks I gave it a try several times, always with the same result : files do not appear on the "submit video" page, but they SEEM to upload without a problem using my FTP program. That's why I checked here at MSG if anything had changed that I was not aware of. Like a new requirement that I missed.
It cannot be that my upload settings are wrong, as I just uploaded photos with the same program and login = success within 5 minutes (and still nothing of the video clips I uploaded yesterday, again).
Anyway, thanks for your suggestions - I suppose all I can do is contact support ...

all sort of glitch...problem uploading, problems submitting....maybe they stopped accepting any crap uploaded it would be a solution to all these problems.

This is the site where every single thing is broken, glitches and bugs prevail more then sales, new files or as above videos dont show and dont sell. Its a joke a complete joke.
If it wasnt for tens of thousands of suppliers and gazillions of files the place would go bankrupt!

Has happened to me as well. Has anyone had anyone footage go through since. SS say they have not been advised to tell us to to stop uploads. I am going to wait until i know it is working ok.

I don't get it why they don't tell contributors to stop uploading for a while. Now basically none of the videos submitted in the last two weeks or even more are available on the site. Also the "newest" search is totally unusable for buyers at this point.

I am very disappointed that after I discovered this and contacted the support team, who were unable to clarify if this would happen to any future pending footage, that they continued to approve all my content waiting approval and which is now approved but no longer available. You would assume they would halt all approvals until they had rectified the issue.

This is bad. They should have warned us.
Why are they still accepting files? - Madness.
I've uploaded over 200 clips in the past few weeks and non of them are visible.
My search 'New' are just empty white pages.
They have not been able to fix this in two-three weeks. Is it ever going to work?

Shutterstock has not added any new video clips since 12th March.
If you have uploaded during that time and the clip was accepted it is not available for purchase.
On the Shutterstock forums there are several threads with many artists having the same problem.
Shutterstock has not acknowledged the problem. They have said nothing.
It is not worth uploading to Shutterstock anymore until the problem is fixed. Who knows when that will be.

I wonder if they will make announcement for buyers that they can use the "new" search ordering again when this gets fixed. Probably by now buyers have learnt that that option is useless..
