Title: No contact from Shutterstock

Hi!

I have submitted my first footage on 11/2/2015 but still pending. Is this normal? I dont think so. In last week I made twice contact with Shutterstock team. No answer. I do not now if they received my notice ... looks like they are all dead?! :(

Now I do not now what can I do. Wait, how long? Had anyone had a similar problem?

Big thanks for any replay or help guys!

I think you should just wait a few days more. Your message sent already. Think they received it.
I think they are busy these days. If SS gives you an answer you will receive real help from them. Other companies just send you a "computer generated answer". So better wait a few days more. I see they are busy and working in the backend:

My footages were approved quickly. I'd way, within 1-3 days.
