I recently uploaded photos to SS, but i had to wait for my exclusivity period with Dreamstime to end so i took the photos offline (but still being on the database- opted out). My exclusivity has ended now, and i "opted back in" a few days ago.

It's still saying that i have 0 active files though, and i'm starting to think that i should probably contact support. Does anyone know how long it takes for these files to go back into the system?

I did the same thing a few months ago when dropping the iStock crown.  It took a few days for the existing SS images to be 'activated'.

Thanks. I've emailed support but it sounds like they should be back soon.
