Hello,
I am from Egypt , and currently get my payments from SS through PayPal.
The problem that I can't convert PayPal balance into cash in Egypt.
Now I just buy anything from Internet with it.

I am asking about the other payment method : check by postal mail.
If any one has experience with this , specially in Not US Country
How long it takes to receive your check by mail . and after receiving it , should I go to any bank in my country or what ?
and is there a lot of charges to collect the check amount in cash ??

Well u can try with moneybookers (skrill) or checks. Checks are very slow and I think unsafe too. Go to your local bank and ask him all about checks (charges, time, ...).

Well in this situation I  personally recommends you Skrill.

Checks encashment is expensive. Checks are most lazy payment method. Good luck!

I use SS checks for years now.
take up to 21 days to afte pay day (every 15 of the month) arrive, but our mail is bad as it gets (Israel).
We deposit them in the bank who charge 6$ per check + conversion fee of about 1% to local currency, maybe a little less/
You should check the fees with your local bank.
