I am the only one not receive his paypal payment from shutterstock ? this is the first time happen as late as 13 th of the month

Ive never had any issue like this with SS.
But boy their system seems to be plagued with so many little bugs everywhere

yes very buggy system since 3 months often problem. I send back an email ask for manualy payment but I dont think the compagny will do that. They dont care of you, big corpo ...

I got paid on the 8th but I wouldn't panic untill after the 15th (when they are supposed to pay you anyway).
Send them an e-mail on the 16th if you still haven't been paid.

I had the same problem last month. They did finally pay up by the 15th so you did better than me!
It is troubling that in 7 years I never heard a complaint of a missed payment at SS and now two people in two months. Hardly a landslide, but added to the other site problems this doesn't look good.

No october payment also for me. Normally I received a ''Your earnings have been computed...'' email by the 3rd of the month and receive payment via paypal by the 7th :(

Seems to be the general consensus but Shutterstock is the last agency I'd worry about.

Due to the Presidential election we are unable to compute payments for October. Systems are overloaded. Tough crap! tsk-tsk-tsk!
