Bringing this over here since the Moderators dont respond on their own forum maybe they will see this and respond and get it fixed because it is messing up sales for both us and SS!

How does it mess up sales?  Doesn't seem to make a difference to mine.

What if a buyer only wants something from someone shooting Nikon or Canon well with that info missing now they dont know what they are shooting with or he is looking for a landscape photographer well now that info is missing, that was the purpose behind it so buyers could find photogs or illustrators that matched their needs and now it is back to a guessing game because the info is missing.

If someone only wants someone shooting a particular brand, hell mend 'em.
If someone wants a landscape photo, why don't they just search for the particular landscape or particular type of landscape they want?
I don't see how that can lose any more than a tiny percentage of sales.

I don't know that broken Public Info is affecting sales but something seems to be?  Really bad start to May.  And April was good but went out on a whimper.

Something is up, my sales are very poor, today is really bad. SS is working on the site as well, and something is up. Its affecting sales. I saw someone post traffic to SS is down by 21 %

I don't know how relevant it is but Public Info is working .... and sales just took off.   :-\

The time of 'public holidays' was happening. Sales are perfectly normal, taking seasonal factors into account, as far as I'm concerned.

I did notice that I had to redo my info, had a chuckle at the strongly worded "you can only choose this name once" for portfolio webaddress thingy. seems like if i'd wanted to change I could have this week. I refilled in the fields as briefly as I could. I did note it seemed I couldn't get my status to 100% unless I filled in a response for all the social media, which I don't have. Today I can't even see that bit on SS, meh, just get on with it. How important is that stuff really?
