I always receive these Shutterstock's mails [Re: Status of your recently submitted images] in two or three (mostly three) copies.

My record is 10 duplicates. They would fix that last year somewhere. I guess they haven't.

Anything from one for each photo submitted to none at all (this being very new...).

I wrote to support about it, but haven't heard back...

Yes it is a waste of time to receive multiple emails-they need to look into it.

I never checked them ( 5 copies at least).
My acceptance is 100 %.
