Title: Rejected-re-upload with model release

Hello,
I am new to this forum and micro stock photography. I was accepted by shutter stock a couple of weeks ago. I uploaded 10 photos yesterday and they were rejected for not having a model release. I uploaded the model releases when I submitted the photos. Has anyone had this problem? Is it that I was using Firefox as apposed to IE?

Did u attatch the releases in the "second" submit step? Or did u upload the releases the same way as the photos?, wich is wrong.  In first step u choose "I want to upload release" that automatically takes u to release-attach page.

Upload releases, following magnum's advice. And no, the browser shouldn't matter. I use Firefox all the time.
