Title: Rejection Invalid Artwork Property Release: One or more of the attached artwork

Sorry can't understand why i'm getting this rejection i've filled in at least a hundred of these thing and now i get rejected without a proper explanation

when i have fill the thing in correctly is there a new form for hand drawn artwork if there is i can't find it.
