Edit:- Ive "fixed" it by using the element zapping from uBlock origin to remove all the irrelevant top frame and graphics meaning my actual stuff appears at the top again.

Oh, that's a good idea! Today I was switched back to the old design, but once this gruesome new design comes back I will eleminate some elements as well. Haven't thought about the possibility of using my ad blocker like this.
That will still not bring back relevant easy accessible information like latest downloads, but at least remove some of the junk no one wants to see in their dashboard.

Skip the silly dashboard and bookmark the earnings summary page.

And if you are using your iPhone you cannot see your unpaid earnings.  At least I can't find it.

Skip the silly dashboard and bookmark the earnings summary page.

The earning summary page is even more silly than the dashboard. There is no way to see all your sold images at once, but you have to go through multible tabs. If an image sold multiple times, you have no idea what amounts the single sales were for, something which you can see in the latest download section of your (old) dashboard, where each image sale is listed. You always see the image, no matter what licencing type it was, you see the amount, you do not have to switch any tabs.

The only thing I use the earning summary page for is to compare months or years. It's not handy for daily overviews.

Improves? It was better before especially the graphs.

Your lifetime earning center page in big bold and your current monthly unpaid earnings top right in small font. this wasn't a mistake.

I've only managed to see my unpaid earning on my laptop... its on the top right of the screen. I had to  download the app on my mobile to see which images I'm selling. Although what they have done is pure crap i'm not really bothered anymore.  I wasn't really expecting any improvement. Will they be able to do any worse in the future ?

If you haven't already done so, consider filling out the feedback form. It's only two questions. Maybe with enough 'feedback' they'll reverse some of these absurd changes.

Nope, not all of us. I was double-switched back to the gruesome new design today.  :-\

I agree that's the best way to get management to notice the mistake, I miss the live updated recent sales the most...

The google survey at the bottom of page seems like this, asking to the contributors of "What would you like to see on your Contributor Dashboard?" and "What motivates you to log in?"

Maybe that might help to get daily sales info back, as Pacessetter stated.

That's what I wrote. Show me what I sold today! And made a comment that the map had to be scrolled to see the entire globe.

Hi,

I've just contacted them saying they've become an disgrace.
Maybe we should all do that!

I don't understand the map thing. What do I care in which country my stuff gets sold? It's ever changing so it doesn't do anything statistically, it's not useful for any market research...at best it's just a visual gimmick used as dashboard filler.

Just discovered that if you click on your Avatar there is another form for feedback (other than the "We Want To Hear From You" - Google Survey at the Botton). You can fill out this form anonymously and repeatedly.

I also suggest that we shouldn't click on the Shot List etc at the top of the page - if they don't get any interaction with these links maybe they will get it that we don't want it there.

Some people built data scrappers, collecting and storing this information,  making it suitable for statistical analysis.
So, it's not completely useless. But I agree that SS could make it much easier.

I also agree with this. The map always comes up a good/ favourite feature when the dashboard is discussed. Totally waste of time IMHO

Knowing your customers and where they come from can help you build a better portfolio, so a map wouldn't be completely useless. But to really be useful it would need to show sales from at least the past 24 hours or ideally even a longer period of time like a week, so you could really read the distribution of your sales around the world.
With only showing the last 20 (?) sales the dots on my map are always only scattered around the regions where it is daytime according to their timezone. So the way it is the only information I really get from the map is "Where is it day and where is it night right now". Not something that really helps me.

But even though it isn't of much use the way it is and I haven't been paying much attention to it, it didn't really bother me, as long as all the important information was there - which now it isn't. So why keep the useless map, but remove useful information?

I like to know where my photos sell but I don't need to see them on a map. The list of last 20 sales with where they were sold is enough. Do I need it? Probably not. I don't get it from Adobe. But I had it before and now the list has gone for no particularly good reason that I can see.

The old dashboard was fine for me. Why change it? If it ain't broken, don't fix it.

SS is clearly interested in force feeding us with the info they want, like "This Month's Shot List" and ideally they would prefer us not to see how low they are selling our work

One incorrect part of your sentence "SS is clearly interested"  its clear they are not interested they don't give a rats ass about contributors  >:(

Oh, Shutterstock is interested in something regarding their contributors at least. After all they wasted resources on changing it twice within a year now.

And I start to believe that obscuring how little we get paid per sale might indeed be a reason for the re-design. After all not seeing our latest downloads was one of the main complains about the first re-design. Then Shutterstock changed it back and I thought "Ah, they at least got the message and understood that that's contributors were missing the latest downloads section".
But now they come up with a new re-design and the latest downloads are missing again. So I start to believe that removing the latest download section is one of the main reasons for even doing re-designs of the dashboard in the first place.

You can still see your downloads in the earning summery section, but it's two extra steps you have to make and as soon as one image has more than one sale within a day you don't see the individual $ amount one image was sold for anymore.
If I have an image that sold 10 times a day and I earned $5 with it, how much did the individual sales earn me? 0.50$ each or maybe 0.10$ 9x and 4.10$ x1? It's as if they want that specific information - how little you can earn per one sale - to be less easily available.
