What in the world are the people who designed this smoking? Now you actually have to scroll down (like, a lot) to see any relevant information. I had to take 3 (!) pages of screenshot to show you the full dashboard. And the latest downloads are now completely missing - again. There is just the map with dots on it, but no list that shows you your latest downloads anymore.

And not only does it not show me my latest downloads, it does not even show me the current month's earnings anymore. Yes, with Shutterstock now you can't even tell how much you have earned in the current month when looking at your dashboard. Isn't that crazy? I have a"livetime earnings" window that shows me my lifetime earnings and there is the old "monthly earnings" tab where I can select "year to date" or past months' earnings. There doesn't seem to be any way to see this month's earnings directly on your dashboard anymore. The only way to get that information now is to click on the "Earning summary" tab. If the dasboard wasn't the only place where I can submit new images, I would not even have any reason to go there anymore.

This is even worse than their last attempt at redesigning the dashboard.  :o

I took the survey and the question what I would like to see on my dashboard had all sorts of random things no one really cares about, but not the obvious options: "Latest downloads" or "monthly earnings".  :o

No matter how I try to wrap my head around this, I absolutely cannot understand what they were thinking with this new redesign. When I go to the dashboard I want to see what I sell and how much I earn. Additional information regarding MY SALES is welcome, but random blog entries should absolutely not be the top priority taking up a full page so that I have to scroll to even see any information that is relevant to me.

I just now saw it and to put it in-eloquently...it looks like ass.

That whole entire top of the page is not needed that can go to the bottom or off to the side in a widget.  It's super annoying and not what I need in a dashboard.

Pack it up and try again or, for a lark, ask the contributors what they want on their dashboard!

This. I logged on today and saw that I had a S&OD sale in the 30$ range and it took me quite a while to figure out which image it was.
I had to click on earnings summary, the date (today) and the tab single & other... unless I'm missing something here?

I just like seeing my sales in chronological order, just as it was previously.

I have this on my phone where it is unusable. Fortunately, the phone app is still usable. For some reason, my laptop still shows the old screen which I'm very comfortable with.

There doesn't seem to be any way to see this month's earnings directly on your dashboard anymore.

I hadn't seen this option in the earlier design either.
But there used to be the possibility to view results of the last month.
Now if I click on 'Last Month', I have last month's results plus the results of current month. No longer the last month separately.
Seems to be a bug.

Other than that, I think this new design is very very bad. The most important information - recent sales of my images and videos - is missing. Instead, irrelevant links with huge irrelevant images.
This is not a real dashboard. I hope SS discards this design very quickly.

Yesterday i had the new dashboard for a couple of hours

The most important thing, Last downloads is missing (a map with dots is not enough).

Let's hope, is will be added in the future

And i'am not interrested in things like the shotlist
It is not desirable to show it so big on the dashboard

I can't say what I'd like or I'd be banned from the forum. Worst ever!

I can't say I'm surprised they made it worse. In fact I think I predicted it in the thread about their last "improvement". Sadly I don't really ever go on their website to look at it so I don't really care unless they can make it so bad that they totally implode.

I'll go out on a limb and say that when they make the next "improvement" you will miss this version.

I think you're looking at the dashboard view of your earnings rather than the earnings summary.

On the left hand side of your screen, the home icon is highlighted. The monthly view is on the earnings tab, which is the dollar logo.

What does this link look like to you? https://submit.shutterstock.com/en/earnings

I know people generally don't like change but this is absurd. Instead of what we want, we get tips and what to shoot. Nice that they are promoting new images, but I go to look and see what I've sold. Not collections and top performers.

Just for how this doesn't show recent downloads and how poorly it works, this is the map, that doesn't fit into the box, so you have to drag it around to see all the blue dots. That's not something I'll miss, when they change the page?

But mostly, I don't care about the Shot List or the Academy.

New to Earnings summary, far right and once again, you have to drag the chart to see all the columns, Contributor fund has been added. I'll guess that's for when we get our credits for the AI creations.

Like other new improved contributor Dashboards, they seem to release these things, without looking at how they function and let the repairs come over the next few weeks. So I'll give them a chance. First thing though is put what we want on top and the Spam on the bottom or as side links.

I just now saw it and to put it in-eloquently...it looks like ass.

You are far too kind.  ;)

Have they done anything to worsen user's experience on the client side?

No.

It happens on the contributor side only like they are intentional.

I am always surprised that people look at their dashboards, and that agencies waste so much time breaking them in new ways. I use a third party app for stats, it would take too long going through all the agencies individually.

I have the dashboards of all agencies I submit to in my browser's tab list and opening them at once and quickly looking through them takes about 10 seconds... unless the agencies make it extremely complicated and unorganized so you can't see the important info at on glance like now with Shutterstock...  ::)

Do I have to pay for that app?

The Agency should provide us with reliable access and stats, that's a pretty basic demand for artists to have accountability.

What app have you been using for this? How much are the payments or is it free

I really don't understand, dashboard is a technical page and not an advertising page.
UNPAID EARNINGS is absolutely too small.
Where is my last sold photo?

Stockperformer, microstockanalytics, microstckanalytics+(a different app from microstockanalytics,  I think from stocksubmitter people) and microstockr to name a few. I believe some of these have free options for smaller portfolios.

Are these for windows? Android (tried searching on play store and can't seem to find this for some strange reason)

This is interesting:

On my computer I still have the old dashboard, on the pad it's the new one now.
I find the old dashboard better because I can see immediately which images were bought last. With the new dashboard, I need more clicks.

Same here. One computer has the old dashboard, the other one displays the new.
Might be a cookies thing.

So the first half of the screen are massive graphics advertising things that are of no interest to a contributor at all.

Submission status and earnings are randomly below that for no clear reason and lost in the clutter.

Further down the map, which now looks like a cartoon which no longer tells you what was downloaded without hoving a mouse over each one individually.

To the right, another massive graphics advertising something.

Absolutely horrendous.  Yet another Shutterstock "innovation" designed by people who have never seen or used the service in question.

Edit:- Ive "fixed" it by using the element zapping from uBlock origin to remove all the irrelevant top frame and graphics meaning my actual stuff appears at the top again.
