I've had this periodically over the years and haven't submitted for a few months.
Just submitted a batch and every single one (all different subjects, different situations, bright light, daytime, lowest ISO) rejected because of noise. I have about 12,000 videos with the same camera selling here.

Is anyone getting any videos accepted or is it not worth the bother submitting?

I'm in the same boat too. It seems extremely sporadic. I only film in RAW or Pro Res 4444 with a high end sony video cam, with no noise at all. And still I get noise and artifact rejections. I've even added clips with film grain in the title and they still get rejected. I think it must be AI.
Yet if I film on my iphone in h.264 they seem to pass more often. Crazy.

I'm uploading a lot less to Shutterstock for these reasons yet sales are really strong. So flippin annoying.

Such a shame that your video was rejected and you can't sell your clip for $1!

I know what your saying but in the past week I've had 5 single video sales for over $180 each (well actually one of those was for $149). I had 3 in one day and another couple yesterday. Big single sales are still around and actually becoming more regular again (in my port anyway).

I often have those rejections due to noise in clips too.
I upload the clips then up to 5 times in a row without chaning them, most of them get accepted in one of the five tries... some rejections are really stupid

You are so correct. But the reality is worth mentioning - yesterday I had 15 sales of stills & clips: 7 sales were for $1.16 each, 2 for $.10 each, 1 for $.12, 1 for $10.84 and 2 for $300 each. Total for the day $619.28
So I now can't sell those clips at any of those prices - not just the $1.16 ones.

It is annoying - this last couple of months have even resembled the old days! - which is why I thought I'd start submitting again.

5 tries??? What an absolute waste of time.

What a coincidence! You both rock at SS and you both sell videos at such high prices! Just can't believe that! I try but can't! Congrats!

What are you talking about? I've been on here for years. I know many people want to boycott Shutterstock but reality is they are still a strong seller for me and yes big sales are still happening and possible. No need to be all sour and bitter.
I don't give two hoots if you 'believe' or not but this forum can't and shouldn't always draw on the negative side of things.

You are absolutely right with that, but you could do that with almost no extra time:
-> upload 5x the same video, select all, title and keywords the same
-> submit video 1, if rejected submit video 2, if approved delete the rest

But of course, the video should be worth it :)

That's kind of what i do, the reviews aren't reviews.  Im sure its a random decision of accept/reject to keep the size of of the review queue down.  I have the files on a co-hosted server so i just type 1 line and it reuploads in seconds so no real effort needed to resubmit.
Generally 3 times and everything gets in.  Same for images.
