My account deleted for now reason and I did not get any warning. Just discovered it was GONE! I've been with them since 2007 and have an ok sized portfolio of mostly vectors 600+. I've reached out to their customer support who keeps telling me that they're investigating the problem. It's been weeks now and they still haven't resolved this. Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Im sure they have a reason for deleting it. Maybe not a legitimate reason, but in their minds it is. You should know by now what scumbags they are, so Im not really surprised to hear it. Did you do anything to your account during the boycott? Deactivate your account, then reactivate? Frankly, I think all of the microstock sites are looking for reasons to dump a lot of contributors. Culling the herd.

No, didn't touch it as I've been too busy with work. In fact I didn't notice right away...was looking through PayPal and noticed no $$ for the previous month. I wondered if it was a culling as I hadn't uploaded anything new in a while. It was still making them money every month so seems dumb to delete the account.

Forget about that money, give for sure they will keep that money and will use your content for make money and won't give you a penny.

I activate and deactivate my portfolio many times and my account is still there. But, I have $0,25 on my account so... ;)

Talshiar, have you ever copied other peoples work? Sometimes it can be a reason, I know many photographers finding their photos being copied in illustrations, and after reporting it to SS, illustrators accounts were closed. Just one of possible reasons, just a guess.

That's pitty. These sites are so unprofessional.. And they can still be earning from your vectors.. Now just they don't have to pay your commission
