Title: Shutterstock don’t accept png or animation

Hi guys.
I am trying to upload motion graphics with alpha channel. (I uploaded thousands in the past) and now shutterstock saying “we do not currently support the codec of your video”
I tried qt animation with alpha also qt png with alpha and they cannot accept the file.
When i asked them they said only png or apple prores.
Well png i tried and nothing and i dont have mac only pc.
Can someone help me please?

Hi Ronib,
I had the same problem, it seems Shutterstock not accepting png or animation codecs anymore.
The solution i found it is luma matte ....extract the white from u'r animation and stick it at the end of it ...export it as h.264 or photo jpeg...good luck

Most of the costumers dont want to work with  this kind of solution.
I will try some more alpha options and if i will find a solution i will notify you. Thanks alot

Did you try ProRes 4444?
