A bit earlier it went with "0% of your profile is complete" and lost all my image. again too.
When will they actually admit their entire IT infrastructure is so badly overloaded it needs a severe and immediate upgrade. All aspects of their site have been slow or unreliable for months.

They really need to sort out their entire set of servers rapidly. Why do i suspect some lost sales for people here...!

I am not getting any messages and they are back up but very slooooow. But if they are down till midnight, that would be some severe downtime then.

I get it sometimes off them when im trying now.
I looks like a stock message for a server time out, says back in an hour then mentions midnight. Just a placeholder they forgot to change when a timeout happens.

I am getting the maintenance message as well now, but how can an hour of maintenance be down to midnight? Its 1120 am in NY. That must be an old message or something.

And IS is just as bad now. It is for days, but not like today, loading the site for a minute or more. I wonder what are my earnings going to be today. So far they're normal, but I guess they'll fall of a cliff. Because those 2 sites account for almost 80% of my earnings...

It's only the Submit side that is down. The buyers' side appears unaffected.

No, it's really not. The panel in upper right where stats are shown is blank. Graphs will overall sales isn't loading. This is in Chrome.
In IE, stats load, but graphs don't.
In Firefox, it loads correctly. All latest versions
edit: another refresh in chrome gave me the Shutterstock will be down for maintenance for about an hour.
It should be back up by midnight Eastern standard time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The nature of the bug / issue is that it's not something that affects everyone at all times, which is why one user might report the submission process as fine and another will report seeing problems. The team is actively working on a fix right now; we'll update when that's in place.

OK, we believe the issue should be fixed. Please report any additional issues to support.
Modviz - I can't replicate any issue with videos. Have you tried different browsers, or emptying your cache, checking your connection, etc...?
In general, if you've experienced issues and you're still seeing them, it's best to close your browser windows and start a new session, clear your browser cache, etc..., to see if the problem persists.
