after upload  image can not be read over http, over ftp nothing happens. what now?

You can:

1. Email Support
2. Post on their tech support forum
3. Bang your head against a tree

All 3 of these will have the exact same results.

Or you can just keep retrying until they show up. This will waste some of your time, but will work eventually
