I've been a member of shutterstock for a while now and have been getting annoyed when I sign into submit.shuttershock.com then go to view my portfolio or search other images on the site the site logs my account out, having to either hit the back button to stay logged in or click "sign in" again.

I thought shutterstock would have fixed this by now but maybe other people aren't having the same problem, any thoughts?

Same here.  I find it annoying, too.  I work around it by opening searches in a seperate tab.

It's never done it to me either.

Well I guess I have to open new tabs to avoid the issue, but it looks like I'm not the only one...don't understand why some people are having this issue and others not though.

Correct me if I'm wrong anyone. But I always thought that they were treated as 2 different accounts. If you are on submit.shutterstock.com and then search for images u get taken to shutterstock.com which is for buyers, hence you get logged out. I've never bought images from ss, but I think you may need different login details for one.

Not just the logging problem; there seems to be other "strange" behavior.  Stats are not updating as usual, ie: accepted images not showing in database, sold files on world map not updating ... or updating in random sequence.  May be some repairs in progress?
