hi I am the only one having refused file because of a model release problem ? I think shutterstock have some issue with upload model release.

no, I have similar problems, it's already 4th time I submitted my 3d animation with changed, corrected release and it still got rejected. I wrote tchem an email what was wrong and got only useless link what should be filled with 3d interior renderings. So I filled property release again with their guidlines etc and still got it rejected because property release issues. I asked them again what was wrong this time and still waiting for answer. It's getting very annoying, especially that I'm already selling this content on other pages and there were no problems with it.
