Hello, i'm having problems with shutterstock accepting some of my 3d animations. I'm getting message that there are Property Release Issues. I filled them several times and still getting my animations rejected because property release issues. They don't explain what was wrong. I read their blog, followed their guidelines and still nothing... Could someone post an example of property release for 3d Animation that was ok for shutterstock (of course with personal information blurred out)?

What are the 3D animations of?

The rejected ones are abstract loop ready storage areas - they wrote me that they qualify as interior visualizations. They are modeled from scratch, actually it's just door and floor and black or white background. I uploaded shutterstock property release with filed my name, my details, animation name, software used and got rejected it again.

Not sure if a screensshot of your software with the working file would help. Maybe worth a try.

I did it too. It's amazing that it got rejected again. Funniest thing is another similar animation without property release was accepted. I have no idea what are they doing. I asked them if they could post more specific guidelines for 3D animations property releases or made new property release just for 3d renderings/animations.

thanks but I know this link, I contacted support and sent them my releases and they wrote me back that they're fine and it had to be reviewer's error. I uploaded my footage with release again and it got rejected again. Then contacted support again , they wrote back they were sorry and that they would take care about those uploads but unfortunately nothing happened. Other similar animations were accepted with or without release without any problems - I'm starting to think I had a bad luck with their reviewer or maybe stupid algorithm.
