A week ago I uploaded a few raster images of my approved vector files and they were accepted and added to my port. Some days later I discovered that these raster images had some weird white hairline on the edges of shapes that are only visible when zoom in,some kind of gaps. I remembered that I created this files in Photoshop by opening my eps files and then convert to jpg. Soon I discovered on many forums that the problem is popular among photoshop cs6 users. There was a fix in that,to save the rastered versions in illustrator to prevent those white tiny lines to appear. Today I deleted the problematic files from my port and uploaded the good versions in respect for the buyers and site quality standards. I also added a note to reviewer to ewplain this situation. Will I get a warning or suspension for resubmiting approved files?

I'm sure you need not worry about that because you did it for the best of reasons. That said, the better way is to upload new versions with a note to the reviewer -saying you will delete the previous uploads on approval of the new version. Regards, David.

I added notes to reviewer in my resubmisions and I explained all in detail. I also added in the note the id of the problematic file. After resubmision I deleted the problematic duplicates. I'm worried about that,guess they can't compare now the files since I deleted them. Is this a bad thing,to delete them without any approval from shutterstock?

They probably don't delete them. They just take them offline. Don't worry too much. Everything will end up ok.
