Ok, I've been trying to contact Shutterstock through their contributor support contact form, and its faulty.
Have anyone tried lately?
This happened few months earlier, and its happening now.
Whenever I try to post (ask) something, the form is open, I can write, but wherever I choose to send my question, the portal dissappear, and I don't get the chance to chat with the person responding.
I also get the reply in my mail, but whenever I click on the link l, support portal opens and disappears again.
Ive tried two computers, one PC, one Mac, 4 different browsers, and nothing seems to work.
I've written an email, and no response.
Have anyone experienced the same problem?
Does anyone have a workaround?

I have the same problem and tried different PCs and different browsers too - so you are not alone with that... which unfortunately doesn't help you either, sorry.
I strongly assume that this is exactly the plan at Shutter, because support would have to be answered and they're really not good at that :)

I receive responses within 3-5 hours.
