Title: Shutterstock upload not working

I try submitting with stock uploader and it fails.
I try using the web based uploaded and it says doesn't support file type jpg ???
Anybody having same problem ?
I even try with files that I have previously uploaded there and get the non supported file type. Same files upload to other sites no problem.

I uploaded using the web uploader about 7 hours ago and it was working fine (couple of JPEG files). I think the problem is either temporary or something your end, or possibly the browser (I use Chrome)?

Was just able to upload with Chrome, still doesn't work with Internet explorer.

Just uploaded 3 images this afternoon via FTP/FF.  Went straight through, edited them within minutes and four hours later they were reviewed, approved and are up on my port.

I try to upload via stockuploader  - ftp  but fails.(Use to work no problem)
Would there be a setting in that software that I might need to change due to some change with the shutterstock servers or something like that ?

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with stockuploader.  I use Filezilla along with Firefox for all my FTP uploads. To date, never had a problem with this combination.
