I wonder how much contributors will make for each of these $2.99 sales?   Some info from a BigStock admin on what contributors will be paid will be appreciated.

As long as the terms are fair, deals like this are great for us.  I'm still a fan of the Shutterstock FaceBook deal which gives free images to advertisers yet we still get paid for their use (FB covers the cost of the ad through funds they get from the ads which were run)

How? Why? $3 for a website use is more than most images are sold for in this market today.

And I'd rather see more of these deals as they will address a lot of those users who are typically taking the images they use from Google Images because they are not even aware of stock photography. Any deal with web hosting companies is putting the option to pay for images in front of a lot of people.
