What's going on?
My portfolio just dropped from over 6500 images to less than 450!!!
And when looking for images I think it's like a whole lotta images just vanished from SS database?!!!!
Anyone else???

Yes. On the submit side it shows my 26,000 images. On the buyer side I have just 251. Not good at all.

Same here. Reduced from over 2,000 to 265. Hopefully it's some kind of bug in the system.

I got scared my account had been hacked and someone had deleted everything!
It seems like no portfolio passes page 3...

On the submit side mine only shows the first page of my port.

Same here. Most of my portfolio has disappeared. Hope they fix it soon!

There are a few reports on the SS forum. And just to be sure, I sent in a bug report. We'll see how long it takes for a response.

Seems pretty widespread.
Lots of threads over at the SS forums.
I tried searching by keyword and none of the missing items are showing up that way either.

Same here, only 17 left from 1342. But if I go to sets view, I can see all.

Same here. I had over 400 files. Now on the main page is says 99 active clips and images and when I look at my pictures, there are only two in the portfolio!

I went from about 4000 to 526. My God I hope this is a bug, I can't imagine resubmitting and key wording 3500 images. I bet Jon Oringer hopes its just a small bug too, he might have to close up shop.

90% of my port is gone..the ones that remain seem to be my best sellers.

Things are starting to come back. My Popular tab only shows three pages, but Newest has 207. That's still short but a lot better. And a search I ran earlier that returned 13 matches now shows 159 results.

Dreams time does the same thing those ones that don't sell in x amount of time are deleted. I didn't realize how many bad images I had in my portfolio. :(

Nope, this is clearly a bug rather than a policy. Most of my images are back now, and I expect the rest will return soon.

Looks like they pulled out the duct tape and bailing twine and cobbled things back together once again.
I wonder how long it will be before the entire site implodes. I keep asking myself why they would pop $10 million dollars for for leasehold improvements related to SS headquarters office relocation; while leaving the SS site a mess.
If they cared at all about contributors they would have skipped the "Vanity Office Re-Location" and spent the money making their site stable functional for buyers and contributors.

This has been dragging on for years. The site has constant bugs that affect some contributors more than others.
The reality is most site owners would spend the capital needed to prevent these constant site bugs in the first place, especially when they pull in the kind of money SS does.

Yes. There will always be bugs popping up, but SS fixes things pretty quickly. Unlike some other site.

I can honestly report that I have been fortunate on other micro sites. I can not recall my port experiencing one bug elsewhere including the small sites. My sales on DT with fewer images bring 30% more income. I pulled my port from IS over the Google drive fiasco but prior to that had no problems there.
To the contrary over the last 3 years SS has been one long and costly string of bugs. I lost count of how many times my port has gone missing, my keywords missing or not searchable. Unfortunately I do not have the time to go into the numerous and long term bugs that have gone unfixed for extended periods of time (months, years) and have cost sales.
If you have not experienced bugs on SS which render your images invisible to buyers, count your blessings. Because some of us have not been so lucky.
In my past life I was a site developer, SS counts on the fact that most of it's contributors do not realize just how mangled and out dated parts of the site have become.
