Hello,

Is anyone here experiencing a slow server problem when uploading through FTP ?

I have a fast internet connection here. Same files uploaded to other agencies servers are going 10x faster than shutterstock´s lately. Really annoying  >:(

And they don’t show up at the “ready to submit” tab

Same here. Shutterstock servers DO HAVE A PROBLEM. Uploading takes ages and creates errors in Filezilla and other software I use to upload. Often files arrive corrupted.
Other sites I upload to, uploading is fast and no problem.

It's always slow ... I assume that it's because the server is in mass.

I noticed a recent slowdown. Definitely the slowest site that I upload footage to.

After I sent 2 e-mails complaining, Things got back to normal. I hope it will stay this way...
