Sales surprisingly slow at Shutterstock today, and low everywhere else too. Is it some sort of Holiday in America and Europe?

Ascension Day is the 40th day of Easter and commemorates the ascension of Jesus into heaven.

Really? If everyone reports a drop in sales, is it something to be glad about?
Normally, I'm glad to hear that others are having a good day when mine is bad. Then I can still have some hope.

I've had 5 sales today all subs!!! Should be 20 -30 subs at this time of day with some credit sales as well. It's worse than a Sunday

Come on 60D, Shelma was just expressing that he/she is glad it didn't turn out to be his/her specific port causing a drop. I am certain Shelma would welcome and cheer more revenue for everyone, more downloads for everyone, and would probably be among the first to express it. Many of us work very hard on our ports and tend to get nervous when a big drop happens and we, naturally, wonder if it is just me or my port. When it's the masses it is reassuring that at the very least it isn't isolated my my specific work...usually.

Thanks, Mantis. Yes, I'd hate to think such a huge drop was a harbinger of the summer to come...much more reassuring to know things will bounce back (hopefully) after the holiday. It was just a regular old Thursday in the U.S., so I was concerned it might be a search algorithm shakeup. Today is incredibly slow as well.
