My last zero day sale there was about a week after I joined in August 2011. But today *feels* like a zero sale day. So far it's worse than Christmas day. Yesterday was pretty bad at SS too, though surprisingly normal at DT and iS.

It was Sep 14, 2013.
I had 869 files in my port by that time. I started contributing to SS in Sep 2012.

Finally got a zero-download-day in Shutterstock on Aug 8, 2015. Not very surprised though. Sales are anyway dropping these days.

In July I had a 0 day each week, usually Saturday. This month the last 0 day was on the first day of the month, also a Saturday but I have many 1 sub days which is almost the same.
Sales this month on SS (for me) are equal to 123, BS, DT but only the half of FT earnings. Sad!

I upload on shutterstock, is, bigstock and not to often on dreamstime. I don't have the same number of images on every agency, because in time i loose my interest in uploading if I am not satisfied with earnings. Actually, to be honest, I am not happy with any agency. On Shutterstock I have around 300 vectors and I have a lot of days with 0 sales. I don't know if this is normal for such amount of vectors or should I think to find another niche...but I am not happy. :( It is so unusual to speak about business when you sell your work on 25 cents.  :-[

Hardly ever had zero days until the last 18 months or so. Now I am getting at least one almost every month and the latest was yesterday, Sunday.

Me, too - almost never until February of this year and now one or two every month.  Of course that is about when I stopped bothering to upload so that might have had something to do with it.

Me either.  But I thought I'd never have a zero day on IS, and they are happening a couple Saturdays a month now with over 5k pics.

On IS usually I have some zero days per month (2-6) but I have only 217 files there right now

0 days don't bother me. what i bother is why for many months the large single sales between 30$ and 120$ suddenly disappear. sure the single sales still here but they are not 30$ to 120 $.
as another person here on leaf site said, it's ok for 0 days as long as the bottom line still get big enough at the end of the month payout.

but for many months now, the payout is bad compared to the many past years. and i can see on the right i am not the only one . 86% is bad for ss. time to tell the shareholders to stop fking around with ss.

I wonder if contributors at 0.25$ get more sales than those at 0.33, 0.36 or 0.38.
May be the shareholders have changed the search engine to optimize their gains...

time to tell the shareholders to stop fking around with ss.

Here's an article published in the New York Times 3 days ago that suggests a reason to hope, at least here in the US.

Written by a well-known businessman, it's entitled "Capitalists, Arise: We Need to Deal With Income Inequality"
