Anyone thinking they are getting zero sales on a Saturday? I thought I was until I clicked on the day and a bunch of DL's showed up. I think SS has a bug.

Thanks for that tip. I'm new to SS and didn't realise that the date was a live link. Tallies exactly with the pics on the world map. That's a relief. Phew!

I don't think a screen capture is necessary - the totals are still there for each day, although I guess you could capture those.  I assume it's just a problem syncing up different computers but sales still seem to be recorded - hopefully they will have it sorted out soon.  It would be nice if they came up with an explanation and a timeline for when it will be fixed, but maybe they don't know - that's a worrying prospect.

I'm seeing correct numbers for everything except Sunday the 23rd.  Good to see they got on it as soon as they got back to work Monday morning.

Ditto - Sunday had sales but the summary page is still showing 0 for that. I assume the total doesn't yet include Sunday's numbers?

No total doesn't include it. All day are OK now for me too except:

Someone from SS responded and said they are working on it, should be back to normal by the end of the day. It was a sync issue.

Thanks for making us aware of this issue via the Shutterstock Forum area and emails to Submit Support. We're working as hard as we can on a fix and expect it to be back to normal before the end of the day.

The issue is with display on the earnings summary page. Sales are being recorded correctly (as you can see on each of the daily detail pages).  For now, the stats view has been updated for Saturday already (9/22). We need a bit more time for the info to display properly for Sunday as well (9/23).

Your patience is appreciated and we apologize for any inconvenience.

The mobile site seems to be still broken although the main site has been fine since yesterday as noted above.

In the SS forum, some posters said it was broken after they updated to iOS6, but I had updated to iOS6 a few days before the mobile site stopped working, so I believe it's the stats problem from this weekend that just didn't (somehow) get fixed for the mobile site. I posted in the above thread to note that.
