Title: SS Earnings gone down to Zero but no payment?

Hi,

Very concerned to log into my Shutterstock account this morning and see that my earnings have gone down to Zero when last night there was nearly $200 dollars in there.  They haven't sent me any payment or anything.  Very worrying!

I've only been with Shutter stock for a few months - is this a common bug??  Hope you say it is!

Nothing to worry about as this is the first month for a while that they've actually cut off the month at exactly month's end........funds accumulated in November will soon flow to your Paypal (or whatever) in the course of the next week or so.

At midnight on the last day of every month, your balance goes to 0. I usually get a paypal deposit sometime during the second week of the following month. You can still view your earnings from previous months by going to the top left tab Earnings >Earnings Summary then Show Statistics for whichever month you want to see.

I also wonder if you have discovered any of the other features SS offers. Have a look around the site you'll be amazed what you will find.

Yup what they all said, the figure is your earnings so far that month. It zeros on the first.
