Title: SS editor down?

My images aren't visible in their editor; newly uploaded images aren't showing up at all.

From a Facebook post by Shutterstock about an hour ago  "Some customers are experiencing issues accessing our website and/or downloading. All hands are on deck working on a fix. Thanks for your patience."

mee too editor error:

"You recently uploaded 314343.jpg to the submit site; we were unable to process it due to invalid format."

Also no earnings reported today.

Web Uploader is dead. I waited 2 Months to test and dead.

Sounds normal, broken now, working tomorrow, broken next day. Good thing we work for a giant of the industry that has it's own software division. I've gotten past caring because it's never the same, if I say it's broken, it's working and if I say it's working it's broken. All the reports here of editor not working could be right at morning and wrong at noon. No it's not you, it's them.

i don't know if is down but ss is completely dead in february.
i have feeling the the @best@ has come in ss and we are rolling down down...

till 17th they changed algorithm and i sold like hotcakes...then probably some big company complaint and back to the past. nothing new sell. zero.

luckily stock is flying as sale this month, but if the rpd is the same as december i need a truckload of sales to match the lose  in ss.

personally i have zero hope. the way ss sell files simply favors popular r files only penalizing the new.

It's been a while since I've been uploading video to Shutterstock, but I have several clips ready now.
Uploading is no problem, but the clips do not appear in "submit video" - and this for several days now.

Has something changed since my last video upload, or am I doing something wrong?
