500 Internal Server Error. I'm in east Europe. Anyone else?
-
Yep, same for me this morning in SW USA.
-
Site down.
Monday was my worst day since 25 december, today it's going to be even worst.
-
It is back now and I'm soooooooo happy to see that I have a beautiful 0 day.
-
It's back up for me now too. No sales yet.
-
It's back up for me and even had some sales.
-
FTP is still down. Weren't they supposed to fix the forums months ago? And what about creating sets for video? Might just be a sign that now is the right time to bail on them?
-
Had 3 sub sales. Last one within an hour or so.
-

Yeah, site is down for a few hours, "EVERYONE RUN, ITS THE END OF THE WORLD!"
Seriously, get a grip folks.
-

You first.

Of course, I'm talking about me.

It's not just the site is down. It's the ftp is still broken (tons of problems with that for a while now), low royalty rates along with low prices, not fixing the forums which if I remember correctly were supposed to have been fixed months ago, sets aren't available for video even though they are telling contributors to create them for google SEO just a few days ago, SS basically giving away video for free on bigstock, ending the referral program that should have lasted forever and now pushing for us to get more contributors, poor playback of video on the site, etc...

I'd rather that Shutterstock fixed the problems instead.

Six hours or more down and earlier this morning they said they were working on it and it would be back soon!
Well I guess NOT!
-
Unfortunately the outage resulted in a lot of lost sales for me. :(
-
I'm hoping, buyers who couldn't download files today will do that tomorrow.
-

We are all pissed but insulting each other won't help.
Truth is no other agency has so many down time, glitches and bugs as SS.
I have a 0 day today, it is evening already in Europe and the site is still down.
Yes, I'm not happy when on the first three days of the week the site is down.

I guess that might depend upon if it's a new account or not. If I was a regular buyer at shutterstock, I'd probably come back the next day. If this is the first time I'm trying to shop, I would move on and not come back.

Only few subs today whaaaat happend? All stocks also!
-
It's down, it's up, it's down - now up again, but for how long? I know they get tons of traffic and it's got to be a nightmare managing 50 million files but with all the money they rake in you'd think they could spend a little more to make sure the site keeps working properly. The previous microstock leader didn't spend enough on their site and we know where they are now. Hope SS will fix the problems soon.

it up for me..... for now
