Title: SS Vector review time now over 3 weeks?!

I still have illustrations pending from over three weeks ago, not good.

Anyone else or is this another bug?

My last submission was on 31st January which got approved on 14Feb, that is around 2 weeks for me.
I have again submitted on 14Feb and waiting now, not sure about the current status of review time.

If the time has exceeded 3 weeks, its better to contact support via email, or as shutterstock support says delete the files and reupload them (which is the worst thing to do as you have to again wait for another 2weeks)

Finally got mine reviewed, took just over three weeks, and they reviewed everything up till the day of review, so most recent had a queue time of one day.
It's frustrating trying to plan seasonal stuff at the moment with such long/ erratic review times.

Hello all,

The vector queue is one of the most specialized of our review queues and it's running a bit high right now with new submissions.  We're aware and we're giving it extra attention.

[EDIT]  I should also add - there are times that image submissions that have issues can go into a separate queue for Tier 2 review.  If you're experiencing extraordinarily abnormal review times (i.e., a week or many weeks), you can also reach out to the Contributor Success team at [email protected].
