Title: still have not receive earning for june

Hi everyone,

I have a problem to ask who confront this situation.

I still have not receive my earning for june. I have a lot of stockphotographer friends they are received earning since 3 july

Usually money sent to paypal around date 6-8 of month, but many people already got many days ago.....except me

I sent mail to SS support but no any response for now.....Anyone has a problem like me?

please suggest me what I should do after this

It's not late at all. I usually don't get my SS payment until around the 10th of the month.

I suggest you be a bit more patient, and if you still haven't received it by July 15, then you should contact SS.

Indeed, I also received my payment very early on the 3rd this month.

But if you already sent out a support ticket, you should get an answer. I don't think you can expect to hear back on a weekend in general, and this week was Independence Day, so many people probably took off Friday as well to have a long weekend. Give it a few days.

I believe they say it will be paid by 15th of the month though they usually seem to deliver early :)

Which e-mail address did you use?  Contributor concerns need to be sent to [email protected], not the Support@ Shutterstock address.  If it goes to the wrong address they just ignore it.  The Support address is for buyers needing support.

I sent to them by click " contact us "  on the site and choose topic " payment "  Is it doesn't work ?

is there anyone but me and crazydesign who have not get June payout from SS? people on all forums are massively reporting they all got money July 3rd.

so, are we the only two who got no money June 3rd?

Did you guys at least get the email "We've calculated your earnings... They'll go out by the 15th"? I usually get that right at the beginning of the month.

If he didn't get $75 at Shutterstock for the month with over 50,000 images I'm not sure anyone else did either.

I was talking to the op and no, i dont go research how many images a person has. If somebody has over 50,000 images, i would think he would have jon oringers private number.  ;)

A general reminder for all: Payouts for the previous month are sent out by the 15th of the current month. If you are expecting a payout for the prior month (i.e.: you reached your minimum for payout), it will arrive in your PayPal or Moneybookers account soon.
