Title: strange behavior of the 'to submit' folder
Post by: Findura on November 26, 2021, 04:25
Hello all

For a few months now I have noticed that the 'To Submit' folder is not working correctly. Especially the display of the media count. Most of the time it is set to '1', although there are much more media in the folder.
And yesterday I noticed for the first time that about 50% of my media in this folder disappeared on the 8th day after uploading. Just as if they had been deleted by the system.
Supposedly they are supposed to disappear only after 21 days. That's how long SS gives us to submit.
Or has the deadline been shortened to 7 days?

Are you guys having the same or similar problems?

Yes, I have the same issues here - with images and video... something seems to be very wrong there.

Noticed the same this week - always "1" to submit regardless of the actual number.

Had several dashboard timeouts too.

I am fearful to report to them since they might reduce my $.1 to $.05 claiming they need the extra $$$ to maintain their site  :(

So it's not a browser problem then.
I guess SS will fix it if they think it's necessary.

Otherwise, SS sells very well for me this month.

The 26th was a US holiday. Might explain it.

I suspect they had implemented Region wise sales / download distribution.

PS. This is confirm their Downloads are not happening in Real Time.

Editorial video here, I think it's a bug, I am seeing the "1" as well but there's still plenty of clips sitting there waiting to be tagged and submitted. I thought at first they all expired on me but nope, they seem to be there.
