Hello to everybody, this is my first post in this community and I have a question for you. Recently, I choose to go exclusive with iStockphoto and these means that I have to delete all my portfolios from everywhere... I delete these ones but the amazing history begins with SS. I have over 80 dollars there with a set minimum payout of 75 dollars. My english is not very good -as you can see- and I believe that payments there are sended automatically... Well, now I have the account suspended and my 80 dollars blowind in the wind...

What can I do if is that something is possible to do?

Thanks in advance

Hi Gimmerton, have you contacted support of shutterstock?http://submit.shutterstock.com/contact.mhtml

And maybe they will still send you the money of May if it was with a check. Checks go out on the 15th. If not and you reached over $75 in June then they might send it to you next month. But probabaly you should just ask support.

Hi, Freezingpictures, I had the payment by paypal, I Reached the money on May 30 but change the minimum payout on june. When I deleted these photos from SS I Send they a email giving the explanation and say thanks for them time and work reviewing my photos. To this email I has not answer. Now, I send another mail asking for this problem, but only a few minutes ago. I wait for them answer, in other stock sites did not cancel my account.

Thank you very much for your fast answer

If you changed your minimum payment this month, then your payment will probably go out next month.  But you should confirm this with SS support.

Also, they might have suspended your account to prevent you from uploading any new files or selling old ones (since you are now exclusive with IS).

Hi, GeoPappas. Thank you for your answer. I have to wait for the support answer, but your words calm down my nervous system :) I Know that 80 dollars is a crap thing but it take me a lot of effort ;)

I would prefer that the support team send me a message explain me this account suspension, but may be they are too busy for do this things.

Regards

PD: Congrats for your red flame ;)

yep, i agree with what has been said here.

If you only changed the minimum payout this month, then payment won't go out until the beginning of July (that is what would make sense anyhow)

Hopefully support respondes as well, although i am sure support is busy and get lost in the emails once in a while :)

I counting the days to get this fortune in my pocket :D :D

I've not great expectations about a support response. If any of two things -the payment or the response has to be- I bid for the payment. In any case I think that i must be waited till the payment was in my paypal account before delete my portfolio. The impatience is not good adviser.

Thank you, Leaf :)

Regards
