I've recently analysed https://www.shutterstock.com/g/Quartz593 [nofollow] and found out that this profile has stolen all vectors from flaticon.com just added few background colors and shadows and uploaded to shutterstock. This is copyright infringement of flaticon contributors and I think this profile should be blocked ASAP.

Did you report this to SS?

I don't have contributor account on SS so I wrote email to [email protected] [nofollow] but don't know if they will take action about this. Actually I wrote this post so someone can report this to SS. Thanks

You don't have to have contributor account to report SS. They have a compliance email which you can send email to.
I don't think anyone here will email SS on your behalf.

I think this is the correct email for infringement claims

Shutterstock responded that you have to be copyright owner to report copyright issue. I don't know what to do.
OMG this is so clear that he/she has stolen the all of his/her portfolio.

Please compare this photo with below links:

Also I attached screenshots.
Maybe someone has closer connection to Shutterstock, he can help us to close this type of portfolios. Because it affects all contributors' sellings.

No sympathy. Flaticon is owned by the same jerks as freepik. They made a killing stealing vectors from Shutterstock...including dozens of mine. Apparently they also own "Tutpad" and "Piktab." Screw em.

I'm assuming you work for these people, which is why your only three posts here are complaining about stolen work from #$@%^# who steal work from others and give it away for free. Making your URLs private doesn't work when you link to all your other sites at the bottom of your home page.

It also doesn't work when I'm still here keeping an eye on all the sites you own.

Yup, the only problem here is that flaticon probably copied those from a legit contributor so someone has had their work stolen twice over and flat icon has made that possible.

Wait, are we sure it isn't flaticon tracing all that guy's icons and selling them on their site (rather than the other way around)?

How many files would I need to submit to become part of your designing team?
Answer
You have to design a minimum of 10 illustrations / week. There is no maximum, if you have time to design more, you can. In Flaticon you need to submit a minimum of 50 icons / week

Or else what? The contributor is fired?
Thank God they do not calculate 20 pcs of work for the weekend!

:D :P

They're the same person.

It's not same person. If it's same person why he/she uploads icons to Flaticon as Freepik or different users. But uploads same icons to Shutterstock as different name.

I've analysed and totally sure that icons were stolen from Flaticon, Please report this profile to shutterstock ASAP. I've already reported but they respond me. If some people can help, I'm sure Shutterstock will look into that.

Shelma,
If I'm working for these people then what's my interest on reporting SS portfolio ? As you know SS will require original vector file(file versions or something to prove it was really designed by you, maybe vector file without paths), so I only call everyone for lawful way of proving it. I only need justice.
I guess you're commenting on newly registered people with negative comments as above without any prove just noting count of posts they have. I can debate with you in hours to prove I don't have any interest on this matter just want to define real owner of this files with legimate ways. If you've any idea about helping me to provide justice to this matter then offer it I'm ready. I'm not here to waste time with useless comments. Thanks.

It was my understanding that Shuttersock only takes copyright complaints from copyright holders. So unless someone finds their own work being stolen, they cant just report something on someone elses say so.

If you're terribly concerned about files being stolen and getting justice for people, then write to Freepik/Flaticon and ask them to pay me for all the files they stole from me and gave away. Since you don't have any interest in this matter and all.

Lots of people use different names on different sites. Especially when they are dealing with sites like Freepik. When they were soliciting me to sign up they even suggested it to avoid buyers on the better sites knowing I was giving giving away the same work elsewhere.
