in order to post an image just code it in html like you would if you were inserting an image into your own web page.
so an open bracket img close bracket goes before the url
(sorry cant post exactly how it looks as it will think i'm inserting an image an show an error, but its the same as what goes at the end after the .jpg but without the /)
then at the end of the url you need .jpg [/img]
