What is the Shutterstock policy right now on exteriors of Private Homes? Are property releases needed like on iStock?

How about on residential interiors? Commercial interiors? Or any interior spaces?

they have got pretty strict on that lately. If you submit an image of a single home you surely need a property release.
A row of identical homes with no special architectural features can get through. But make sure you clone out house numbers and street names.

btw: Istock has become more easier to submit that kind of images. In the past they were extreme strict with that kind of stuff, but nowadays they accept a lot more ....

I live across the street from Beverly Hills. Back in the early days I had a few hundred Homes, Just drive Bys that sold really well. Can't do it anymore.Actually, Never understood how we could get away with That. Someone Shooting My house to sell, I wouldn't be very happy.
