"Not Approved: Glitch--There was a technical problem with your upload. Please resubmit."
And yet they display the correct thumbnail and keywords, so they obviously received the uploaded file...
-
Maybe the image has corrupted slightly. Nothing wrong with that as a rejection reason.
-
If the file had problems they wouldn't be able to generate the thumbnail.
-
Not even if there is a green line through it, or something like that?
-
I had that happen to me like 2 years ago. Nearly an entire batch had issues and yes I remember the thumbnails showing as well. I wouldn't worry about it too much but do wish that it could be known that something went wrong with uploading before waiting nearly a week for a review to find out their image processor had issues.
-
I don't think the problem was in the uploading, I think it's some point later in their system, and the simplest way for them to handle it is to have the contributor resubmit.
-
I've had that rejection a few times. Just reupload the image with a note saying you were asked to do so.
-
Already happen to me:
- SS: Some images with that rejection. I've upload them again without any problem and all got accepted. By other side, as I said in another topic, had a entire batch stuck there, and the solution was delete all images and upload them again. Some weeks ago I've notice that a bunch of duplicated images appear online on my port...
Sporadically, got some images with upload error on: SF, YAY, BS ( notice when opening them for keyword editing ), but they are a "special" section.
