I seem to remember that SS allows a rejected clip to be resubmitted for a review. Can anyone tell me what the correct procedure is?

Go to your video rejection file and get the batch number you submitted it in and the image ID then emai them at contributor relations with this info and your explanation.

just resubmit after you fix whatever it was. Or send it to a site that cares. Like P5

I rarely get rejections, and this rejection does not make sense. Just want to make sure that a resubmit will not be an offence.

You can go that way of Rinder too. I just got 5 rejections for noise on an animation. That was me as gradients in animations have banding. I just reduced the blue noise introduction and they all got accepted. I just resubmitted and chose the drop down that says previously reviewed content.
