Hi all,

I can't access SS since 14:00 PM today... Either sites are "taking too long to respond"... Are they down ?? Is anybody else having the same problems or it's just me ??

Regards

Francisco Leito

Why don't you try restarting your computer. It might help.

In Croatia ok with SS site, but last 10 hours I have no one dwl when my money stopped on 899,95 $ . First time thats happened in last 3 months how long I am in this little biz yoke. I mean they have very humorous algoritm which is supported with some human help (random?). Wery often I look at different microstock forums  where many altruistic people wait to help one to another  but serious discussion abuot SS  politic (algoritam) never. I hope that in Spain now is also OK because my troubles with englaungage try so long. for revolution on microstocks and long live for baloons

Sounds like it may be a DNS issue. If you're using Windows click Start> Run> type CMD and click Ok> at the command prompt type ipconfig /flushdns and hit the enter key. This should get rid of any old records.

Also, check to see if this address works http://66.199.177.8

If that doesn't work Francisco, sometimes I can't get on either for a few hours at a time.   I can usually get on Shutterstock.com though, and can log in from there.

Can this be a problem related to the origin IP's ??
You're connecting also from Portugal, right ? So they must be unavailable to our IP's, or even our ISP (if it is the same). I'm on Sapo.

Does anybody mind putting a request on the support forum for them to take a look at this please ??

Thanks

Hmmm... could be connectivity between your place and SS, that the pics timeout while loading on your browser.

cheers.

After a lot of hours of no response, my situation is now like yours Paulo...

Loads up but no pictures. I can access the forums though. So seems that it's coming to a solution... Hopefully tomorrow it will be ok...

It was like that for me last weekend for a day or two - lots of little red crosses instead of pictures.  It sorted itself out, so I'd just hang on if I were you.

Saw this note in another forum.  Perhaps it applies to you.....

"You're probably connected to sapo.pt/meo as an ISP. They're having problems with the peer1 network. Any sites on that network will not work..."
