Title: Why My ID Is Not Approved In Shutterstock Registration?

Hi,


I'm a newbye here.
I tried to sign up to shutterstock and after having uploaded 2 times the photo of my driver license they have not approved it without any reason.

It is still valid. I have emailed a question and ... no answer!

How may register now?

Help me please.

Hi,

I had an similarly problem too. I wrote an email zu the support team of shutterstock, and after that they approved my Id with my national (german) ID-card. just write and ask... it could not hurt.

This appears to be quite a common problem and is often reported in the forum.
I had the same - but on contacting support got it accepted ok.

I have the same. I uploaded my Dutch international passport allready twice. But they keep saying it's not a valid one. I emailed support now, so hopefully the accept it the third time.
