Title: Dedicated Server and Downtime, Yaa, booo

Microstockgroup has grown enough and my coding is poor enough that the site needs it's own server.  With this server upgrade the site should be more stable, run faster and be more accessible - lets hope all those wonderful qualities hold true.  I am also going through a few things on the site trying to further speed them up.

The bad part, I suspect there may be another day of intermittent down time while this all gets sorted out.  Thanks for being a part of MSG and keeping the conversation going.  I know for myself, I have learned a lot by being here.

leaf perhaps you could arrange for a day or two of downtime a week! Less distractions... I can get more work done   ;D

well apparently everything is shifted over and should be working now.

I think the site feels faster - perhaps mostly because of the code changes I did.

No lagging today for me, I noticed the difference before I even saw this thread.

It's working fine for me Leaf.  If it gets off-line tomorrow, at least I know the reason and will feel less uncomfortable.  :D
