The "insert hyperlink" option when posting drive me crazy How do we do?

When I do a preview before posting,  the whole link is still there? Do there's a way to improve this, like how the DT hyperlink work (In two separated steps)?

into a single clickable word like "Dreamstime"

Thanks! I was doing the opposite I guess. Let's try Dreamstime Hmm it's not as quick as DT. I would like some improvement
