I have had very little sales on IS, although selling well on SS.
One Image of a Mega yacht has had plenty of downloads on SS, but just 1 sale (0.22c) at Istock.
I just tried to search for it by keywords, and title etc, but can't see it anywhere. The same was true for some other images I looked for.
They are not going to sell if nobody gets to see them.
The keywords are similar to other Images on the site, in fact one image looks very similar to mine, although a different yacht, and that has 195 downloads.
Any ideas where I'm going wrong!!!

OK, I've worked out where I was going wrong on the search, ignore the above.
Still not getting any sales though!!! :)

How many images do you have? Things work differently at SS and IS. Sales come quickly at SS and fall off fairly quickly. Sales come slowly at IS and build up over time and level out. It can take weeks before you start seeing sales on an image. On IS many times I won't see a sale for weeks and there seems to be some type of weighting towards people with larger profiles.

I have 200 on SS and only 170 on Istock, so maybe I have to wait and see, but I see people on Istock with less than 100 images, and hundreds of downloads. I guess I just have to wait for one of my images to take off.
So far I have 39 downloads on IS and over 400 on SS

it's possible. I have over 900 DLs on iStock with only 50 images since starting to upload in July. The bulk of those downloads are within the first 23 images I uploaded. Remember, they have to be very generic stock-oriented images to have the most appeal to the widest variety of people.
