Is it just me, or have our personal profiles been improved and expanded upon? I also notice that we can no longer see how many people are ignoring us. Or is it somewhere and I just can't find it. I will be so disappointed at losing this information, because it's kind of a badge of honor. :D

yes, I agree. I liked to be able to see the "number of ignored" on a profile.
When I push the ignore button on someone I like to see how many others did as well. Somehow if there were a lot of "ignoreors" (is that a word?) than I felt maybe it wasn't just me, the member really was annoying.

When I push the ignore button on someone I like to see how many others did as well. Somehow if there were a lot of "ignoreors" (is that a word?) than I felt maybe it wasn't just me, the member really was annoying.

When i first had a go on this forum i had 9 people ignoring me.If that does not go to double figures this time around i will be heartbroken :P

I prefer to ignore people directly in the threads. Sometimes even one of those "ignorants" (;D) may say something useful.
It hurt me when I saw I think 4 people ignoring me. :(

I know you're not a guy, Maria, and I'm confused by the reaction to my comment? I thought I was indicating that you are a really nice person. If YOU, the really nice person, are being ignored by 4 people then I'm not as annoying as I thought. I was being ignored by only three people.

Is there a way to give "thumbs up" instead of ignore? ;D We have the heart for useful posts, but does it count as a rank for members, like members with most useful replies, more trustworthy information perhaps?

haha, so my cat saved me. Makes a change from me saving him (he's a bit of a coward with the neighbourhood cats). I don't ignore anyone on msg, but sometimes if I'm on public transport and people are talking at the top of their voices, I kind of wish there was an ignore button.
Kind of related and very funny. Someone showing how our internet lives could appear if it was reenacted in real. I 'Like' this.
