It's still March here, but the Poll already wants results for March, and I didn't enter my Feb in yet.  Is it always early?

This is what it says when I go to the poll:

This survey is for your earnings in March, you will be able to fill out the survey again next month.

I filled it out with my Feb earnings the first couples days of this month.
